The release of the COTI V2 Whitepaper is accompanied by the introduction of the COTI V2 Grant Program and the onboarding of design partners, while an innovative System Architecture is established through a comprehensive design and environment setup; additionally, an Advanced Garbling Protocol is developed, featuring a robust 2-party garbling protocol and the creation of a specialized compiler supporting a subset of the EVM instruction set for efficient circuit integration.

Innovative EVM Integration introduces a compatible extension with an MPC Simulator, incorporating new Solidity opcodes and variable types for secret data operations; a Client Module is developed, and a comprehensive Testnet Rollout seamlessly connects the EVM extension, implements stateful parties for transaction processing, features a JIT compiler for dynamic garbled circuit assembly, and includes at least one Solidity smart contract for real-world testing; the migration of clients and products from COTI V1 to COTI V2, encompassing COTI and other CMD tokens, PPN clients, and more, is initiated.

The Enhanced Security Framework is implemented with advanced measures to detect and prevent malicious garblers, alongside the introduction of an Efficient L2 Off-Ramp enabling regular MPC updates of Ethereum balances and simplified user fund withdrawal directly from Ethereum, thereby enhancing user experience and trust; as part of the MainNet Execution phase, design partners are launched, and integration and testing of all preceding developments take place, including flexibility to increase the number of MPC parties and continuous refinement of the client module, ultimately leading to the finalization of the migration process for clients and tokens.
